Rules of Engagement

At Bonbon, we prioritize the safety, comfort, and professionalism of both clients and Ambassadors. These Rules of Engagement are designed to foster an environment of respect, trust, and security for everyone involved. By adhering to these guidelines, you contribute to the integrity and success of the platform, ensuring enjoyable and stress-free experiences.

These Rules of Engagement ensure that both clients and Ambassadors can trust in the safety and professionalism of the Bonbon platform, maintaining high standards for all interactions. Failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate removal from the platform.

For Clients

  • All dates must take place in public settings such as restaurants, parks, cafes, or public events.

    This rule ensures the safety and comfort of all parties and eliminates any ambiguity about expectations.

  • Clients are expected to treat Ambassadors with respect at all times. Inappropriate comments, gestures, or behavior will not be tolerated.

    Any violation of this rule will result in a permanent ban from the platform.

    • All interactions must be completely consensual.

    • No physical contact should be assumed or initiated unless both parties explicitly agree.

    • Respect personal boundaries at all times.

  • Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled dates and make full payment immediately upon meeting the Ambassador.

    Failure to pay promptly will result in the cancellation of the date and future access to the platform may be revoked.

For Ambassadors

  • Ambassadors are expected to be professional, punctual, and engaging during all dates.

    Present yourself as outlined in your profile, and uphold the reputation of the platform through positive interactions.

  • If a client behaves inappropriately or makes you uncomfortable in any way, report it to Bonbon immediately via DM, email, or phone call/text with your direct point of contact.

    We take all complaints seriously and will investigate thoroughly to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

  • Ambassadors are encouraged to prioritize their safety.

    You can bring a friend nearby, temporarily share your location with a bonbon representative, and/or inform someone close about your whereabouts.

    Safety is a top priority and these precautions are highly encouraged.

  • After every date, Ambassadors are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience with the client.

    This system helps ensure that clients uphold the platform’s standards of conduct, as their feedback will influence their future opportunities on Bonbon.

For
Both Parties

No Off-Platform Arrangements

All dates must be booked through Bonbon. If we find that either party is arranging dates outside of the platform, both the client and the Ambassador will be permanently banned. It is in everyone's best interest to honor this rule, maintaining trust and transparency.

Adhere to the Honor Code

Both clients and Ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and respect. Following the honor code promotes professionalism, safety, and a positive experience for all.
